Wife is Hungarian, they can be some uptight Paprika snobs.

Going to give this a try, need a new small grinder first though for herbs/spices and purees.

Of course I will have to find a complementary wood to smoke it also.

you should make it and resell, have a disclaimer on it, approved by my Hungarian wife, with a picture of her giving a thumbs up, pure marketing brilliance
