As someone who is married to an Arab and eats this often, that is nowhere near enough garlic!

I completely agree. lol

After living in North Africa and a bit in the Persian Gulf ... it just needs more garlic.

Thanks for posting KVR, was going to do couscous this weekend with a smoked chicken. Going to try that Edamame one.
