and you can't start your own seedlings, please support your local greenhouse. It does a couple things, one it keeps money local, two it helps stop issues such as blight from spreading, there was a big issue 4 years ago here where tomato plants bought from big box stores were spreading the spores due to them purchasing them all from one wholesaler. Blight spores can travel a far distance and can impact others peoples garden as well. Here is a news article from the time
