Howdy,

In the last month both my wood chips supplier and Canadian maple syrup have decided to retire from being retired. This has put a dent in both my smoking numbers and my CDN Bacon.

Wood chips I'm looking for mesquite and hickory mostly. Maple syrup as long as it is pure.

So if you currently produce maple syrup or know someone who does please let me know. Same thing with wood chips. Wood chips could be a low cost start up business if someone is interested.

I will be exporting, which makes things soooo much easier. A Tico will deal with importing side this end.
