I used to work at a bar and grill that had an amazing loaded nacho plate. This is my attempt at cloning it.

You need to start with your ingredients:

Tortilla chips of your choice. I personally like Tostitos hint of lime chips but these were on sale

You're gonna need cheese too. Lots of it. You can use the type of cheeses you like the best, I personally like mozzarella and sharp chedder for this, but play around with it and find out what you like the most! I picked up a pound of each, but I didn't use all of either bag (just most)

You'll need 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts.

There are a few more things you'll need to get, and then several optional ones that I like, but don't have for this thread sadly:

1-2 cans of chili, if you have homemade it's better but you can get by with whatever for this.

A small can of black olives.

Several ripe avocados.

Optional ingredients can be diced tomatoes or salsa, and sour cream.

So time to cook your chicken. Add a little oil to a pan...

...medium high heat. Get your bacon going too. Season your chicken however you like it, I usually go with a little salt and pepper and garlic powder.

The bacon will finish first. Once it's crisp, remove it from the pan and place to the side.

Once the chicken is about done, cut it into chunks about dime sized, and leave it in the pan for now.
