We have a pretty nice grain grinder, so we made a sort of, multi grain flatbread with four different gluten free flours. We used rice, corn, quinoa, and some leftover acorn flour. We uncovered the grinder

And did some rice. Then we did some corn and the quinoa. The acorn flour was already ready already.

A few eggs, some milk (also some sugar and baking powder)

Heated up some butter in a pan

Cooked it in the pan for a few minutes then into the oven till it was done
