He has people come over his house and teaches them how all-grain brewing works.

100$/person (group of 4-5) for a full day where you make a batch with him from A to Z and he teaches you a bunch of things. I did it, it was very instructive.

As a bonus you get to help yourself in the taps of beers he brewed.
