Does anyone know why our cucumbers have started doing this? It has just been in the past couple of weeks. Did we plant them too close to our squash?

need to trellis them and get them off the ground, should fix the issue, also do you have a lot of pollinators around, could be bad pollination, but since they are laying on the ground, my first instinct is that. Also they are going to need a heavy watering a couple times a week at this stage or they are going to be bitter
