Wife buys them at the store in tiny containers. That is why I am growing them. lol
Also growing strawberries for the same reason, nothing worse then paying crazy money for a product. Yet, want family to eat what they enjoy.
Lots of produce here goes rotten the day after it gets home. The quick rot times on food products is either from being in the tropics, spraying on farms or packaging?
So far the produce from the property lasts for weeks once picked. Sooo, not sure what that tells you.

I have 4400 mason jars on order right now from China. One Quart, 1/2 quart, and 1/4 quart I think they are. Bacon jam is popular with clients and I have never tried it myself. It is always gone at the store before any makes it to the house. Plus I have so many other things I want to start making.
School starts again in 2 weeks also so I will be doing up all the dehydrated fruits for lunches again.
I found a mosquito net to put under the golden berries today to save them from hitting ground and make it easier to collect them.
