I finally got some different lettuce varieties started today. Transplanted all that Okra into bigger containers, started some orange and yellow Cosmos flowers because, face it, I need flowers! lol. Transplanted some Cauliflower, Broccoli Raab and the Brussell Sprouts too. Man do I ever need a permanent greenhouse.
Lol, you have a restaurant and never tasted okra? Its hard to describe I guess... in soup it is a clear thickener and adds a flavor that I cant describe. If you ate Campbells veggie soup as a kid you can taste it in there. Fried it has a bit of a slicky texture. I think you're going to have to try it or maybe someone else can better describe?

some people describe it as slimy. You either like it or you don't!
