So we broke out some of the sausage from the pigs the other night and a bunch of vegetables
I threw the sausage on the stove and chopped up the veg
I'm going to use this new guy for our animals from now on for sure, probably the best garlic sausage we have ever had
I laid strips of zucchini down as the base
and started layering, carrots
sausage
onion
broccoli
sauce and mozzarella
peppers
and repeated the process
threw it in the oven at 375 for 1.75 hours
it was awesome
