First I hope this topic is relevant to this section.

Second I realize powdered Eggs may not be the best option, certainly in terms of homesteading or being sustainable.

However, keep in mind, I am a person who eats out almost every meal, so eating at home would be a definite baby step.

Anyone tried powdered eggs ?

Powdered egg whites seem like a good option to rotate through a pantry.

3 year shelf life, rotate use to eat egg whites in typical diet, however, the fact they are powdered and can be stored longer term offers a bit in the way of a well stocked pantry.

Thoughts ?

Any reason not to use powdered eggs ?

Thinking of the egg whites from Honeyville Grain.

I have never tried them, but I have been thinking about dehydrating some extra eggs this summer, she uses a stove in this vid, but would work on a dehydrator as well, I have seen some people even dehydrate raw eggs
