we have this cool little restaurant on the coast that has been winning all kinds of awards. It sets itself apart by raising it's own food and purchasing what else is needed direct from the farmers here in Maine. This video is a little old but I think they are raising their own animals now and butchering them. Pretty cool to see a business being this sustainable, if your ever in Maine check it out, i think they give tours of their farm, I think Anthony Bourdain even went there for no reservations
