so we raised our turkeys this year for thanksgiving and x-mas, well today is thanksgiving, so I grabbed some legs out of the freezer, and a bottle of a great Maine beer, Shipyard pumpkin head ale

these things are huge, they barely fit in a full baking pan

I poured the beer over the legs

and sprinkled on some old bay
