Probably most of you have seen this, but I couldn't find it posted on here so figured I'd share. Skip to about 6:00 in the first video to jump right to the salmon.

Pretty awesome. As skiddish as salmon are supposed to be, I wonder how hard it is to get them to hit that hook?

Hmmm. Good question. It's an awfully big hook.

I haven't had the opportunity to cook a fish like this, I did de-bone a few trouts this way last November and the technique he shows works beautifully!
