I love shrimp scampi, so I gathered some supplies, we normally have a seafood truck in town, but the storm must have kept him home, so I had to buy precooked at the grocers, oh well

I dumped 3 cups of flour and made a depression and cracked 3 eggs into it

I whisked up the eggs slowly whipping in the flour to create a dough bowl, I sprikled with milk as I did to get the consistency I wanted

I dumped it onto the cutting board and cut into quarters

I rolled out the dough

and floured the top and made a dough roll with it

8434191626_b72bd0f09a_z.jpg

and repeated the process 3 more times

I diced up a onion

and put it in some olive oil in a saute pan

I diced up 2 large cloves of garlic and threw that in the pan as well

8433109441_9b0921b5f9_z.jpg

I lined up the dough rolls

8433110329_62ef0d6562_z.jpg

and cut them into about 1/4 inch slices

8434197104_60d6ce9179_z.jpg

I unrolled my fresh pasta noodles

8433111847_f2235c6d5a_z.jpg

and dumped them in a pot of boiling water with some oil in it

8434198548_b132fa681e_z.jpg

my onion and garlic was caramelized

8434211126_b8424344df_z.jpg

so I dumped it 6 tbsp of butter

8434212122_859119ecc7_z.jpg

and dumped the shrimp in

8434212774_7099ccb2ee_z.jpg

I cut a lemon and squeezed the juice into the pan and poured in a cup of white wine

8434213520_aacd85c14a_z.jpg

my noodles were almost done

8433127759_713e280b82_z.jpg

so I chopped up a tomato and fresh parsley

8433128493_647c08c5f7_z.jpg

and added the tomato to the shrimp

8433129175_925c6e4f54_z.jpg

I drained the noodles

8433129893_2a9722c2b8_z.jpg

and plated it up with a sprinkle of parsley and a fresh baked buttermilk biscuit, was yummy
