Alright, I gave it a shot tonight and I think it came out really well.

I have no experience with baking anything and I was able to manage this in about 3 hours from start to finish. I was able to do everything while we were preparing dinner, eating and cleaning up. The whole process was easy to follow and now that I've done it once, I'm sure I can cut the total time down a little bit.

Attached are pics of the dough after the first rise, the bread after baking time is finished and a look at some of the slices. The author was right, the crust was golden, buttery and crispy. The bread was moist and spongy. It was delicious. My wife, my mother-in-law and I almost polished off the smaller of the two loaves.

Give it a shot, it's worth it especially if you love fresh baked bread!

Tried it as well and all I can is you have to try it.

My flour was cold since it is stored in the refrigerator so it took a lot long to rise but it was well worth it. My son rated it a seven out of ten so its good. He rates the rosemary bread at Maconroni Grill an 8 and he polishes off loaves of it at a time.

Crust is golden brown, great texture and maintains its shape and moisture. Great find thanks for sharing.
