Ive been making it every year.  I have some on the mantle in bottles now.

Yesterdays episode of The Survival Podcast was all about making small batch meads and ciders and I started listening to that this morning.

Seems like I'll have a few new techniques to try in the near future!

very cool.  My first batch of mead was horrible.  I need to give that another spin and see if I can work out the issues.

We make red wine every year with a group of friends and that always comes out great. Not sure what I did wrong with the mead.
