Very similar to the approach used by Jean-Martin Fortier. More about Jean-Martin and his methods can be found here if anyone is interested.

I've really been into what Curtis Stone is doing up in Kelowna. Hearing him talk, he's friends with JMF and has learned some things from him.
Diego Footer's podcast, PermacultureVoices has a series with Curtis called The Urban Farmer Series where he documents weekly what goes on through a whole growing season for an urban, high intensity farm. very cool stuff covering how he makes business decisions for the farm, how he grows, what he grows, how and to whom he sells. It's super interesting stuff. Curtis also has his own youtube channel showing techniques from the farm.

I've visited his website in the past and debated getting the book. I just perused the table of contents and I'm ordering the book today.
