realized last night around midnight I hadn't eaten dinner, I had a hankering for a macdonalds lobster roll, but they aren't selling those right now, so I grabbed some shrimp out of the freezer and boiled them up

mixed in some mayo

and put it on some hot dog rolls with sweet pepper relish

Man they were good
