Well shucks. Let me see what I can do on this one. I don't have that fancy maker thingy, but I might be able to offer a retort none the less. Give me a couple months for the right timing to present itself.

You need to offer that at the restaurant, no really you have to make that. I am not on cholesterol medication yet, so I figure I got some wiggle room.

I was trying to think of a funny response about how that should be on your menu and I see that has already been addressed. BTW what type of food does your restaurant specialize in? I just realized I didn't know.

It will definitely grill better with your bacon, the store bought stuff shrivels so much.

lol, didn't quite turn out as expected

so we grabbed some beef, cheese and our bacon

I broke the beef down into some balls

I didn't have one of those fancy presses, so I just used a cup

9672980148_4d06e99757_c.jpg

sprinkled with cheese

and formed another patty on top

I laid out some bacon and set the burger on top

and started folding, hmm something doesn't look right

and of course my grill was out of fuel, so I had to bake them in the oven

9669760941_abf5f4da89_c.jpg

baked them for about 45 minutes, were a little dry, but man they were good
