After experimenting with a bunch of different stuff last year like amaranth, ground cherry, khalarbi etc. I decided to follow the KISS method

cowhorn, cayenne, jalapeno, bell, and banana peppers
okra
congo and sugar baby watermelons
field pumpkin
potatoes
I will be planting another square for a fall crop with cabbage, romano and butterhead lettuce, and broccoli.
