You missed out, K. A dachshund and havanese mix. Small little guy and should be low-shed. Raised by a big homeschooling family and he is used to the commotion of a bunch of little kids. Almost 8 weeks old. He has a tail -- you can't see it.

We started... but I think we didn't do it right. Let him come in the house and run around and play with the kids. He has had some accidents and I was just reading up that if he isn't outside or actively being played with then he is in the crate. We need to get on that.

We have always just crated them over night and when we leave, when ever we put them in we say in, they whine for a couple nights but will settle down, but if he is crying full bore take him out and put them right back in, our gsd responds to the word in immediately if she is outside, she goes right for the door and lays in the corner where her crate use to be

Yeah, we have been crating him at night and if we leave but not much during the day. He has had some accidents during the day so we need to work on those.
