It's been quiet; no shooting from that neighbor's place since then. Nonetheless, Mrs. Jonathco is still worried to death to let the kids out back so we are definitely still planning to list in the spring and get heck out of this neighborhood. 

This may actually work out to our advantage; the Mrs. said she'd like something new that we don't have to do any remodeling on, and I said I'd like a bit more land (for animals)... So we've been looking at a couple different 10 acre plots around Swartz Creek and are thinking we may go new build - perhaps something modular.

So, the wife surprised me the other day; she said she wants to give our place another year before we make the decision whether or not to move... My jaw hit the floor. She's a smart woman; I was ready to sell and move on and she's being pretty level headed.

In other news, all has been quiet with the redneck behind us; I think he is scared that I am going to turn him in for shooting a rifle below the shotgun/rifle line in Michigan.  🙂

It looks like the Jonathco family is going to give it another whirl in 2016.

We love the house and the piece of property; I think the idea of having to move away from it started sinking in for her.
