The season is almost upon us, what's the coolest thing you have ever found?
I mostly hit them up for old tools but did find some silver plated silverware for dirt cheap once, was kind of excited by that

Coolest thing I've found is some old woodworking tools. Bought a couple of old planers, a set wood chisels, a draw knife, couple of mallets and clamps.
One of the best buys I've found was a set of diner dishes for 12 people that I paid $20 for. It had the oval dinner plates, salad plates, coffee cups, saucers, cappacino cups with saucers, cream and sugar service, and a couple of serving platters.

My in-laws are avid garage salers, I just tell my mother-in-law what I'm looking for and she picks it up for me.

The coolest thing i found was probably this painting.
Paid 5$ for it and I gave it to my friends as a joke wedding present.
