Lol, would you believe I just clicked the link and the 1st post is about a small farm startup class in NJ?

This is in the next town over from me, probably 10 min away:

Thinking of starting a small farm? The Exploring the Small Farm Dream class might be one way to figure out where to start, and whether you really should start.

According to a New Jersey-based news source, the class is being offered on four Monday evenings beginning November 4 at the new Duke Farms Orientation Center, 1112 Duke Parkway West, Hillsborough, New Jersey. The class was developed by the New England Small Farm Institute (NESFI) and is being offered in collaboration with the Northeast Organic Farming Association of New Jersey (NOFA-NJ). The course costs $300 for NOFA-NJ members, $350 for non-members.

I would love to, but right now it isn't feasible. I'm going to see if they have a mailing list or contact form so if they rerun the class I can take it another time.

yeah, after further digging, most of the stuff here in Maine is over a year old and mostly is apprenticeships, pretty cool all the programs they offer to help veterans though
