i wonder....how many people choose the path freely and how many are forced to take it and then build their ego (self image) around it.

I have chosen it freely. I have always chosen to do the things that I love. The money follows (sometimes). At times better than others. But I can honestly say that my whole life I have really enjoyed the process. And somehow it has worked out that I actually have everything I ever wanted. I'm living my dream. That is not saying it is always easy. But it is always interesting!

with the economy the way it is, it's a good idea to take a look at your investments and make adjustments as you feel the need.

we just downsized and it's working out good for us. We have a lot of extra money now and are able to do things for the kids that weren't possible at the last house.

will post pics of some of the projects around the new house. built the kids a bunk bed. built myself a desk. will be building a batting cage this weekend. and a shed or two after that.
