well technically stood in the smoker lol, there's really nothing to break out
my wife picked up some short ribs, talk about about sticker shock, we use to pay 1.29 a pound and now they are up to 4.99
used a basic sugar rub with red pepper, black pepper and garlic
coated the meat good and let it rested for awhile
I skewered the meat
I got my charcoal starter going
and dumped them into my propane tank stove
got the fire stoked and threw some apple wood on it
I hung the meat of the racks and stuck my probe in the thickest piece of meat
and stoked the fire and smoked the meat for the next 3 hours, when it was at 145 we pulled it
it was da bomb
