Seems like you could live on this boat and that seems to be a decent price depending on the condition.

The walk they had to make through the marina would be prohibitive. I would rather make a real houseboat on a large barge -- what was in the background of the video at one point.

I'm sure it depends heavily on where your dock is. Downtown Boston? WAY too much. Somewhere on the coast in Maine, probably not that bad.
