One where you can buy pretty much anything under one roof? This is probably the closest we have here, you can go buy a steak, a wedding dress and some ammo and have your own shotgun wedding!

Sort of, not as big as you have though! No ammo, no furniture, limited clothes. But the ice cream shop in the grocery wing of it makes up for this.
