Looking for pros and cons on building a house like KRVs but with a flat roof to berm me in. Would I need to make the center wall separating the bedrooms out of concrete for support? Would that work with the dry stack method?

Not a topic I know a lot about but flat roofs are known to develop water related issues.

Yes sir, possibly. Trying to see how I could incorporate it while keeping your basic design. Additionally it would have a slight pitch. Backwards

roy built his on a ten by ten gridwork with 8x10's as main beams and then used t&g spruce, it's why we didn't end up going that route, the posts ended up in the middle of our living room/kitchen, I think I gave you this link years ago, if not here it is
