I buy some things like detergent, soap, cleaner and what not in bulk. Also, my grocery store has a few shelves of dented cans, torn boxes, and returned items that they sell at a steep discount. I buy whatever I can from there. Usually I can find cans of soup that are normally $2.50 for $.45 each. I cant wait until im dehydrating fruit, making jerky, and growing vegetables to save even more.

Vinegars can be used for all sorts of stuff and it's dirt cheap.

Treat skin conditions.

Carpet/Floor cleaner - stain remover

Window cleaner.

Food preservation.

Deodorizer

Fabric softener - it will also help keep your washing machine from becoming musty

De-greaser

All sorts of stuff.

dried beans are much cheaper than pre-cooked canned ones. they just require a bit more planning as they required 10h-12h of soaking and 1h-1.5h of cooking.

If you really want to save money on the dryer sheets, use a ball of aluminum foil in their place. You don't get the nice scent, but it'll take care of any static. A ball of foil is super cheap, and it's reusable (for a really long time).

i heard about that and i tried the foil, it didnt seem to work for me if i recall correct. but maybe it takes most of the static or something. anyway im going to try the foil again.

I prefer the dryer sheets, but I'll use the foil when I run out. It usually works for me. Maybe it depends on the size of your foil ball?
