Was browsing ebay and found this property and looks to be a great deal! Bidding is currently at 85k but I'm sure it will top 100.

Beautiful property, wow at only 300 dollars in taxes

 

I don't use e-bay, but how does this work? If bidding starts at 195, how is it at 85?

Buy it now price is $300,000. bidding starts at $195k. I have over 450k invested in this property, land, equipment, and bird stuff. At this time may take offers on equipment, but looking to just walk away and sell as a package

He's probably had it listed several times, and it's not sold.  Now it's an absolute auction, so whatever the bid is, it sells for.  You do have a slight risk that lets say bidding stops now at $85k, dude might just outright refuse to sell it.  Or on the last day ,he could cancel the auction.

 

If my circumstances were different, I would probably jump on that.  Seems like one hell of a deal!  Anyone have $100k they want to lend me??  I'm not good for it.

 great deal. especially with all the heavy equipment, fruit trees, turkey and chicken farm equip .... etc.
