Scrap the compressor and copper. Remove door shelving, lay it on its back and cut holes in the door and screw and caulk down some of your windows on it and make a cold frame.

Not sure since you already have one, but one of my friends dad made a smoker out of one. But that was used with a 70s fridge so there were a lot less plastic, not sure how the newer ones would hold up.

Maybe for a cold smoker?

I did, but that was actually a old gun safe they disguised as a fridge
