CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) — A Wyoming farmer is suing the Environmental Protection Agency over his stock pond that’s generated almost $20 million in fines.

The Wyoming Tribune Eagle reports Andy Johnson’s lawsuit says the EPA overreached when it told him the pond he built violated the Clean Water Act and had to be removed.

The EPA did not return requests for comment Thursday.
