There is a lot of propaganda floating around about people who want to reinvent Flint and Detroit... Hantz is a great guy and is doing great stuff in Detroit to build the city back up. We have the same type of problem in Flint; there are a few businessmen willing to take risks and do things that could revolutionize our destitute town, and people who cling to remnants of what Flint and Detroit used to be scream and holler about how rich people will ruin everything in order to make a profit for themselves... 

Perhaps they have forgotten what rich guys like Billy Durant, Alfred Sloan, Louis Chevrolet, John & Horace Dodge, Walter Chrysler, and James & William Packard did for cities like Flint and Detroit. I have never understood the demonetization of entrepreneurs.
