Just can't agree with the "campaign for national health care". I don't think it qualifies as frugal living to take unfair advantage of others labor. National health care is not the real problem. Lack of prevention and accountability need addressed, not encouraging people to use the ER as their primary care physicians.

I totally agree. I have never had health insurance, have always taken as good care of myself as I can and for the most part know how to treat many common ailments and injuries.
