wow, I am truly surprised you can sell raw milk in NY, I grew up in western NY and quickly tired of the nanny state, this gives me hope

Yes we are inspected and samples taken monthly. I have no problems with that level of safety at all. We sell over 100 gallon monthly raw and the rest we turn into cheese which we can also sell raw if over 90 days.
