We have been negotiating the last several months on a adjoining property that is a estate sale and they finally agreed to sell, we paid a little more than we wanted, but as Rinkus said, that extra 2000 dollars will be nothing to you in 20 years or to deal with some out of stater that buys the property to get back to peace and quiet of nature and then then complain when I do some target shooting, suppose to be closing next week and I am pumped, it should put us around 30 acres total

I think we are going to be out of luck until after the ground thaws and firms up again in late spring. The backhoe might be able to break through the frost but it would be a huge pain to get it done right mixing the concrete and all. I havent heard back from my welder that had the heart attack, but I had another friend offer me some slightly bent guardrail posts for free. Ill put some more thought into it.
