Not sure if this is something they do all the time, or something new. If you want certification you have to pay $375, however it looks like all course materials are open once you register, so if you are in it for your own knowledge the free registration will get you full access to the course materials.
I registered and have poked around for five or ten minutes. I appears I have full access to all the lectures, as well as a community forum. Some of the audio on the videos is less than ideal (background noise), but you can still make it out no problem.
Could be worth a look. I am going to listen to a few lectures over the next few days and see if anything a value is to be had.

Seems like enough on the go that I would be leery about handing over monies, however I will take the lecture access for free.
Apparently they send you a daily email as a bit of a sales pitch. Similar to how Lawton does his videos before he opens his course, these guys appear to open the content up as their sales pitch.

I remember seeing this on reddits permaculture sub awhile ago, if I remember correct, they did a kickstarter to get started, then started charging the money to share the info when they got it going which ticked off a ton of people
