man, that really blows! glad you got your money back, but at that pointI might be lookin for a little more, they willfully defrauded you and you took steps (selling your home and who knows what other major life changes) assuming they were honest.

so sorry. stuff like this is why i didn't sleep for a couple months before we bought our property and a couple months after we did! I still get random thoughts of "oh crap, what about this?" since we have been in our place for only about 18 mos now.

yep bought a small house CASH and owe the bank nothing. Started saving money already and will look again for property next spring. Even though we were looking forward to moving, we'll stay and save up some money. With the economy being weird and all, this is a great option for us.

Only thing positive that came of this is now I know to have property perked or it has to be approved for septic before buying.
