hello

keen on building a cottage in the woods--preferably northern California--but without any preliminary demands, such as septic tank or well, cistern, etc.

even 'off the beaten path' parcels seem to have their restrictions...

wooded area, old-growth trees, preferably not arctic conditions...approximately an acre ought to do it...

currently in Silicon Valley...would consider Nevada, Oregon, the southwest, etc.
