lol, nice, expect good things out of that oven MM! We love ours, it actually helps with the heating some, more surface area for radiant, plus it's nice when you want to cook something quick, don't have to wait for oven to warm up

Also, get a wire rack, the space between the oven and the woodstove makes a great proofing and warming area

Good tip!

We have 1 trivet for the kettle (the cast iron one EVERYBODY has), but as soon as you mentioned itI realized wcould use one or 2 more.

Excited to get it installed, but we've been so darn busy
