I usually do not listen to Rogan.I think when it comes to employment that is not cookie cutter though you need to pull the plug and take your own path.
I fully agree with that. But to say "We don't need fast food workers" and "You need to contribute to society." It's just not practical or realistic. Unfortunately, there are some people that may only be able to do entry level stuff. Or "entry level" may be a path to future happiness.
And another issue we have currently is unemployment and people not even looking for jobs, or turning down jobs that "they're too good for." And this type of stuff just further fuels that attitude.

I have hired and fired probably well over 200 people in the last ten years. Well, 186 in Ecuador to be exact in the 4 yrs there.
For myself I think people have simply forgotten that when you have a job, your job is too make your employer money. So she/he can pay you your wage. If you have a fair and just employer they will pay you more for your contribution/loyalty towards that success.
People seem to spend more time texting and wasting time on FB then working now days. I'm self employed and do neither of those things even though it is my time and income to waste.
