Unfortunately, I think most employers tend to be almost as greedy as any Corporation. There are exceptions, but they're few and far between. And I agree with you about the texting and FB. It drives me nuts when I'm in any business, and the person behind the register is txting, etc. And worse part is that, even if they're not txting, that phone is always within reach or plain site.

Few and far between = poor in most cases. lol
Rather be poor though then make beyond my efforts on another persons time.
After all time is all we have, it should be held to a value that money could never cover.

Cellphones are banned in my business, they either have to keep them in the car or in the office, they all do seem to go to the bathroom an awful lot though
