Thanks! My house sits up pretty well from the creeks so I feel pretty safe. Just had to watch the cows... we had them in a field down by the big creek for the winter. There were banks they could climb in an emergency but it would have left them exposed to the storm. The water got into about 1/3 of the field and was well below the barn so made mental notes for next time...

We're good this time around. Only real issue was the state road culverts under our road are clogged so all that runoff ran over the road surface and the road needs reworked. A shame because the road bed was really packed and in good shape....big trenches across it now.

The State maintains it. Extremely good road for how far out we live.
