Wow 280,000 for 2 acres? All the other stuff is nice to start off with, but that's pretty expensive for these parts,

They are saying western Maine so I am assuming oxford county, which can be a little pricey due to proximity to NH, just did a quick search. I kind of like this one.

actually, after thinking about it, this would be a great option for Nader, he is somewhat close to Maine/NH border, he could live in Maine and just work in NH, ton of people do it to save on the property taxes of NH
