Actually, as an investment property that could be a good bet. With the right financing you could do a total demo, rebuild from the ground up and build a brand new flipper, or if the lot goes back far enough a 2 unit rental. 350k in SF is super duper cheap and you'd almost be guaranteed to make your money back plus a nice profit.
