So a few days ago we got a snow storm and I went out to plow with the backblade. It was a very heavy, wet, icy snow. The tractor was spinning it's tires half of the time and I could barely make it down the driveway when pulling the blade. The R4's suck in snow it seems. So I ordered sets of chains for the front and back and am going to put a piece of PVC pipe on the bottom of the rear blade to reduce the amount of drag. We'll see how it goes in a few days. It was very frustrating.
Found a vid of Jon taking his JD out for a spin!
