The cab is set up like a car...very nice.  Last year at the farm show we looked at Massy, Kubota, New Holland, JD...all of them...I like the Massey a lot...but the Hydraulic controls were not as convenient, like they were an after thought.  The JD was the easiest to get into.

I have looked for this model on-line...the vast majority of them have been up in the Quebec area and about half the price of new...and they only have about 300-500 hrs on the diesel.  Not sure how all that would work with getting it shipped to the states...Will definitely look locally though before buying.

Yup...been on tractor house...I think I am going to have to sell the Ford before I buy a JD though...let's see where things are at once we have the house up.

When I was talking about snow blower...I mean font mounted...my neck is getting old and arthritic...I know the front mount is more money, but this is one of the few things I will pay up for in order to get convenience.

I am feeling the small size of the BX. I am tempted to sell this in the Spring and buy something a little older, with more hours, that is bigger. Something like the Kubota L series for example. I just don't have the space to store something bigger.

K -- could you store the BX in your shop? Or tarp off the drive through under your daughter's room and keep the tractor out of the wind?

it's actually where it's been stored

I am thinking the same thing, I think we got a good price when we bought and should at least break even if I trade it in, now I need to convince the wife

They do make a solid tire that has 'cut outs' in side wall for some flexibility...they don't blow and nails are not an issue.  I will try and find a pic.
